Selected highlights from the last ten years:

🔳  2014 — Following the Arab Spring, was on a US-EU team  of 87 observers from 17 countries deployed in Egypt, credentialed by Cairo and Washington, D. C.

🔳  2019/2020 — Served as principal liaison with the City of Chicago for Radford Enterprises, a closely held real estate partnership, advancing an urban redevelopment project west of downtown featuring retail along with a mix of market- and more affordable housing.

🔳  2021 — Provided transition management and senior staff recruitment for a newly elected member of the Orange County, California Board of Supervisors, Katrina Foley.

🔳  2023 — As part of a nationwide, anti-human trafficking effort, conducted an assessment and outlined a strategic business plan for a new walk-in and service center in San Diego to be managed by the San Diego Black LGBTQ+ Coalition and involving public/private partnerships.

🔳  2024 — Facilitated a strategic planning meeting for the governing board of Laguna Beach Cultural Arts Center, a nonprofit organization.

🔳 2025 — Assisting a land conservancy, Save Orange (CA) Hills, wanting to acquire 400 acres slated for development by The Irvine Company, to make it part of a regional park system with wildlife and pedestrian corridors linking Irvine Regional Park and Peters Canyon Regional Park.

🔳 2025 — Assisting Laguna Beach Cultural Arts Center with board development and acquisition of property for its permanent home.

🔳 2025 — Active in pursuing development of mixed use projects in North Carolina.
